Jocelynn D'Emilio has extensive experience in client services within the digital marketing sector, currently serving as the Manager of Client Services at V Digital Services since February 2019, following roles as Senior Account Manager and Account Manager. Prior to this, Jocelynn held multiple positions at G/O Digital from March 2015 to November 2018, including Digital Account Manager, Escalations Manager, Client Services Training Coordinator, and Market Researcher. Notable achievements include managing a book of business generating $1.9 million annually, improving training programs through analytical survey assessments, and conducting in-depth market research. Jocelynn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University from 2009 to 2014.
