Jim Devine

Jim Devine is a seasoned professional in cyber security, risk, and enterprise architecture with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Cyber Security Risk & Compliance, Architecture, and Program Management at VF Corporation since September 2016, Jim has established the Risk & Compliance function and built a global team to support organizational needs. Previously, as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture, Cyber & Information Security, Risk & Compliance at Avon, Jim reduced the application portfolio by 30% over five years and drove significant cost savings through business transformation. Jim also served as Executive Director of Enterprise Architecture for The Estée Lauder Companies, leading initiatives that resulted in annual operational savings of $80 million. Additionally, Jim's experience includes teaching at the University of Phoenix and various technical roles at Avnet, JPMorgan Chase, and Eaton. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Long Island University and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
