Kelsey Novak

Kelsey Novak currently serves as Senior Manager of Vietnam Sourcing Development for Apparel at VF Corporation and has previously held roles such as Manager of Footwear Polymer Materials and Senior Compound Engineer within the company. Kelsey began the professional career as a Product Development Intern at KEEN, where crucial KPIs for tracking efficiency were created and a group of interns was managed. Prior experience includes a Fuel Systems Materials Engineering Co-op at Cummins Inc., where Kelsey developed a High Frequency Reciprocating Rig and analyzed engine oil using FTIR. Additional roles include a Research and Development Intern position at Freudenberg, conducting analysis on nonwoven fabrics, and serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on liquid crystal elastomers.
