Currently serving as President VF North Asia and Tokyo Design Collective, Mitchell is responsible for reimagining the purpose of VF Japan/Korea brands and overseeing all aspects of the brands and platforms in terms of strategy, team management, and marketplace evolution. Prior to this, Mitchell served as VP/GM for Vans Americas, where Mitchell focused on strategic direction, P/L management, and organizational development during a period of rapid growth. With a background in international business and psychology, Mitchell has a proven track record of driving business growth and success in the retail industry.
