Constance Skidmore

Constance Skidmore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in audit and governance roles. Currently serving as Audit Committee Chair at Comfort Systems USA and Sensata Technologies, Constance has held similar positions with Proterra Inc, ShoreTel, and other organizations. Active in nonprofit leadership, Constance is also a member of the Executive Committee for The V Foundation. A retired partner at PwC, Constance contributed to the advisory council for the US CEO during a tenure that lasted nearly a decade. Educational credentials include a Master's in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida State University, complemented by executive education from Duke Fuqua and training at Stanford Law Directors College.
