Isabelle Athena Qian is a dedicated undergraduate student at the University of California, Berkeley, pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Currently serving as President of the Blackwell Hall Association Executive Committee, Isabelle effectively manages a $10k budget while fostering community among 775 residents.
