Krystal Thomas possesses extensive experience in donor relations and customer service, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Accounting at the V Foundation since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing donor communications and maintaining transaction records through Salesforce NPSP and DonorDrive. Prior roles at the V Foundation include Donor Services Coordinator, Donor Services Specialist, and Gift Processor. Previous experience includes roles as Customer Service Lead at Food Lion, Front End Supervisor at Michaels Stores, Teacher Assistant at Harnett County Schools, Sales Associate at Belk, and Keyholder at SHOE SHOW, INC. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from East Carolina University and an Associate of Arts from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
