Katie Lea is an experienced professional in crew management and engagement, currently serving as the Director of Culture and Engagement at V.Group since January 2021. In this role, Katie leads initiatives focused on crew welfare, leadership development, and diversity. Prior to this position, Katie held roles at V.Group, including Regional Crew Management Partner for the UK & Americas, and Senior Crew Management Partner, where responsibilities included developing crewing solutions and overseeing the crew for a substantial fleet. Katie's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Crewing at Topaz Energy and Marine, managing global crewing functions and optimizing processes for over 2500 crew members across various regions. Katie's career also features positions at Northern Marine Manning Services Ltd, where recruitment and performance management for subsea vessels were key duties.
