Pradeep Sharma

Pradeep Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategies and business management. Currently serving as Lead-D2C at V-Guard since April 2023, Pradeep previously held the role of D2C Growth Manager at Whirlpool Corporation from February 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, Pradeep was a Category Manager at Philips Lighting and served as Area Business Manager at Amul (GCMMF), where a focus on sales management was evident. Pradeep also co-founded Pragati Palms, contributing to artisan linkages and product sourcing for the U.S. market, and completed a consultant internship at Ford Foundation-NRLM, working on market linkages for farm products. Earlier career highlights include operational roles at Mother Dairy and Nestlé, focusing on process optimization and plant commissions. Pradeep holds an MBA from the Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) and a B.Tech degree from MPUAT.
