Veeresh Muggalla

Veeresh Muggalla has extensive experience in customer service and management within the electronics and engineering sectors, having worked at V-Guard since September 2004 in various capacities, including Manager MIS and Call Center, Dy Manager MIS & Contact Center, and Regional Incharge Customer Service. Key responsibilities included overseeing customer service activities across multiple states, improving CRM applications, and managing a significant customer service project at the corporate office. Prior to V-Guard, Veeresh served as a Service Engineer at KEELINE, handling production supervision and service supervision for stabilizers. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, a certification in C and C++ programming, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Annamalai University.
