Sonal Singh is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the GM of Learning and Development at V-Mart Retail Ltd. since February 2015, with previous roles including Senior Manager and Manager of Content and Delivery. Prior to V-Mart, Sonal held positions at The Mobile Store as Deputy Manager of Learning and Development and at Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as Assistant Manager in the same field. Early career experience includes working as Associate Manager of Learning and Development at Reliance Retail Limited. Sonal's educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Analytics and Digital Transformation from XLRI Delhi-NCR, a degree in Organizational Development from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and a Master's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lucknow.
