Vivek Gujrati

Vivek Gujrati currently serves as Lead Capability Development & Talent Management at V-Mart Retail Ltd. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Vivek held positions including Head of Learning and Development at Devyani International Limited from March 2020 to May 2022 and served as L&D Coach within the same company. Vivek’s experience also includes serving as Head of Learning and Development and HR Manager at Dabur India Limited from January 2018 to March 2020, and Area Manager at Sapphire Foods India Limited from September 2016 to January 2018. Earlier in the career, Vivek was a Restaurant General Manager at Yum! Brands from January 2012 to September 2016 and held the position of Restaurant Manager at McDonald's Corporation from June 2007 to November 2011. Vivek obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Sc. in Hospitality from IHM Kolkata.
