Amrut Anakal

Amrut Anakal is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of eCommerce Logistics at V-Xpress, a division of V-Trans (India) Ltd. Since August 2007, Amrut has held the responsibility of P&L Head for the eCommerce Logistics Business. Additionally, Amrut has expertise in human resources, having previously served as Head of HR, overseeing recruitment, selection, induction, training, development, and the implementation of a KPI-based appraisal management system aligned with the balanced scorecard system. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior HR Executive at NIIT, Allied Digital, and Patel Roadways from June 1996 to July 2007. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Information and System Management from Aptech Computer Institute, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Mumbai University, and a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from VPM's Institute of Management Studies, Thane.
