Stephen Kowalski

Stephen Kowalski has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Stephen began their career as a Factory Floor Foreman at South Bend Clutch in 2007. In 2012, they became an Advertising Sales Manager at Indiana University. In 2015, they worked as a Content Creator and Curator at Swagway, a role in which they were responsible for enhancing customer engagement and tracking key market trends. Stephen then moved to Zake International as a Director of Marketing, where they were responsible for executing multi-dimensional marketing campaigns. In 2016, they returned to 3BTech as a Marketing, Product Development & Project Management Lead, where they were responsible for overseeing product launches and formulating go-to-market strategies. In 2018, they joined Zake Brands Group as a Marketing & Product Development Specialist II, where they were responsible for designing and deploying products. Finally, in 2019, they returned to 3BTech as the Director Of Product Development and Market Analysis. In 2022, they moved to V1 Sports as the Director of Growth and Growth Product Manager.

Stephen Kowalski graduated from Indiana University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Biochemistry. Stephen also holds a Certificate of Electronic Technology from Quapaw Technical Institute and two certifications from the Scrum Alliance, Certified SCRUM master (CSM) and Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae), both obtained in July 2021.
