Girish K

Girish K has extensive work experience in talent management and resource management roles. Girish is currently serving as the Director Talent Management at V2Solutions since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Management Head at Mastek Ltd from February 2018 to March 2022. Before that, they held positions in resource management at companies like Capgemini, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd., Fujitsu Consulting, and Deloitte Consulting. Girish started their career as a SAP Resource Management Lead at Satyam Computer Services Ltd in January 2003 and later served as a Resource Manager at L&T Infotech. Girish also worked as an Executive Assistant to Chairman at Karmahom Conference from May 1999 to November 2000.

Girish K completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bombay University in 1994. Girish then pursued a Diploma in Business Administration from NMIMS in 1995-1996. Subsequently, they graduated with a Post Graduate degree in Finance Management (MFM) from NMIMS from 1996 to 2001.
