Nicole Caravaggio, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Learning and Development Project Liaison at V2X Inc, where responsibilities include managing the PL4IPT program and leading on-site deployments. Previous roles include Branch Manager and Recruiter at Ascend Staffing, specializing in finance and accounting recruitment, as well as sourcing senior-level Cloud & Infrastructure engineers for prestigious financial services firms at Phaidon International | Selby Jennings. Early career experiences span various leadership and teaching positions, including Head Lifeguard at the Jewish Community Center of Houston and Aquatics Director at Kennolyn Camps. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Performance Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San José State University.
