Sean Samp

Sean Samp, LSSBB, CIA, serves as the Shared Services Process Integration Senior Manager at V2X Inc since June 2020, driving value through approved initiatives in the Shared Services delivery model. With a background in Internal Audit, Sean previously held roles including Senior Manager and Internal Audit Manager at V2X, where responsibilities encompassed managing SOX and ICFR auditing functions and partnering with Risk Management. Additionally, Sean is currently an IIA Facilitator for The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., teaching best practices in Internal Audit. Prior to V2X, Sean contributed to the development of a Global Internal Audit function at Compassion International, advising across various departments. Sean's earlier career included consultancy roles at CGN Global, procurement management at Caterpillar Inc., and financial representation at Northwestern Mutual. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Bradley University.
