Valerie Hofmann

Valerie Hofmann is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for real estate transactions, currently serving as a Project Scientist at V3 Companies since September 2017. Prior to this role, Valerie held the position of Senior Environmental Consultant at Hygieneering, Inc. from February 2005 to September 2017, where responsibilities included Phase II Site Assessments, remediation of impacted sites, and various compliance evaluations. Valerie's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 1999 and 2003.
