Chris Hunt

Chris Hunt is a co-founder and director of V7, a commercial property development company focused on value add projects in the workspace sector across the UK since April 2015. Prior to this role, Chris served as a senior asset manager at Legal & General Investment Management, overseeing asset management for the PAIF Fund, which focused on generating long-term growth through a diverse UK property portfolio. Chris also gained experience at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2005 to May 2013 in business space investment and Thames Valley office agency, managing transactions for office investments and advising developers. Chris holds A Levels in Economics, Geography, and Sport Studies from Clifton College, a 2:1 degree in Recreation & Leisure Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and an MA in Real Estate Management from UWE.
