Glenn Willson has extensive work experience in engineering and technical services. Glenn started their career at Mare Island Naval Shipyard in 1984 as a Project Manager and worked there until 1993. In 1993, they joined V&A Consulting Engineers, Inc. and held multiple roles, including Engineering Division Manager. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Technical Services at V&A Consulting Engineers, Inc.

Glenn Willson attended Florida Atlantic University from 1979 to 1982, where they pursued a degree in Ocean Engineering. During this period, they focused on studying corrosion and structural aspects related to this field of study.
