Priscilla Mphakathi

Priscilla Mphakathi is an experienced Environmental and Health and Safety Officer with a robust background in workplace health, safety compliance, and environmental health. Currently serving at V&A Waterfront since August 2015, Priscilla oversees health and safety standards in a multifaceted property comprising retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Quality Control Auditor at Orkin Environmental Services, and Environmental Health Officer in the South African National Defense Force, where Priscilla coordinated health and safety initiatives. Earlier experience includes work as a Health and Safety Officer at WBHO Infrastructure and as a Student Environmental Health Practitioner with the City of Cape Town. Priscilla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering and possesses multiple diplomas in Environmental Health, complemented by a NEBOSH International Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
