Tinyiko Mageza

Tinyiko Mageza serves as the Executive Head of Marketing at V&A Waterfront since June 2018. Additionally, Tinyiko holds a position as an Academic Advisory Board Member at the AAA School of Advertising and is a Board Member for both the Two Oceans Aquarium Education Foundation and the African Association of Visitor Experiences and Attractions (AAVEA). Previous experience includes Executive Head of Marketing for Retail & Business Banking at Standard Bank South Africa and Marketing Manager roles at Hollard Insurance. Tinyiko's career commenced at South African Breweries, progressing through various marketing roles. Education includes an Advanced Management Programme in Organizational Leadership from INSEAD and a BCom in Marketing & Human Resources from the University of the Witwatersrand.
