Panu Vuorela

Panu Vuorela is a partner at Vaaka Partners, a Finnish private equity firm specializing in small and lower middle market buyouts, where Panu has contributed to a portfolio exceeding EUR 800 million in combined turnover. In addition to the role at Vaaka Partners, Panu serves as a board member for several companies, including Fluxio Isännöinti, Bolt.Works, Lyyti, Tietokeskus Yhtiöt, and Cloudpermit, among others. Panu's previous board memberships include positions at Medbase Ltd, Kotikatu, Solita, and Vesivek. Panu holds a Master's degree in Industrial Economics from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, earned between 1992 and 1998.
