James Air has a long history in the travel industry. James began their career in 1995 as International Sales Manager for Miller Freeman - Travel Trade Gazette. In 1999, they moved to Reed Travel Exhibitions as Head of Sales. From 2004 to 2006, they worked for various companies as Sales Manager. In 2006, they joined AZ Worldwide as Commercial Director. In 2009, they were Associate Publisher for Luxury Travel Magazine. In 2013, they became Associate Publisher for TravelDailyMedia.com, managing both the UK and Middle East offices. In 2014, they were Commercial Director for inVOYAGE. In 2015, they were Senior Sales Manager for Legal Business Magazine. In 2020, they became Sales Director for Reports Legal and Regional Director UK & Europe for Vacaay.

James Air attended Bournemouth University, where they studied Business, Finance & Marketing.
