Mike Wilk

Mike Wilk has extensive experience in operations and fraud investigations, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Southern Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona at Vacasa since October 2019, after holding positions as Senior General Manager and General Manager in the same region. Prior to Vacasa, Mike Wilk worked at First American Mortgage Solutions from February 2014 to January 2019 as a Fraud Investigations Project Manager, leading a team focused on financial crime prevention with a $6M budget. Mike's career also includes notable roles at Interthinx, where responsibilities ranged from Site Manager overseeing over 100 staff to serving as a Fraud Analyst. Mike Wilk began the professional journey at NIA Consulting in January 2003, specializing in fraud audits of mortgage claims. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Fort Lewis College, earned between 1998 and 2002.
