Adrian Ortiz

IT Support Technician at Vacatia

Adrian Ortiz has been in the IT industry since 2003. Adrian started their career as Club Staff and Computer Lab IT Support at Boys and Girls Club of America. In 2006, they moved to Martin Home Furnishings as Desktop Support Technician. In 2007, they joined ResortCom as IT Manager and Helpdesk Support. In 2018, they began working for Signa Digital Solutions, Inc. as IT Manager, where their functions involve facilitating the installation and maintenance of MFP devices and document management software to multiple client sites. Adrian then moved to Vacatia in 2020 as IT Support Technician and is currently working as IT Manager at AmeriNat since 2021.

Adrian Ortiz obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute-San Diego. Adrian also holds certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice (ITIL® Foundation v4 Certificate in IT Service Management, obtained in March 2021), San Diego Continuing Education (Virtual Datacenter, obtained in August 2020), HP (HP Technical Certified – Print Security [2018], obtained in August 2019), and CompTIA (CompTIA A+ ce Certification).
