From 2000 to 2010, they were a Senior Manager of Product Management & Business Development, a Product Manager, and a Software Engineer for Cisco Systems. From 1997 to 2000, they were a Software Engineer for Lucent Technologies.

Scott Lennartz obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Mathematics from Drexel University. Scott then continued their education by obtaining a Master of Science in Computer Science from Monmouth University. Scott concluded their education by obtaining an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix - San Jose.
