Kayla Winsor has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Kayla began their career at Logs of Fun Arcade, where they worked as a Cashier and Events Coordinator from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they gained valuable experience in customer service and event coordination.
In 2009, Kayla took on a Production Intern role at Nassau Broadcasting, where they assisted in the production of local radio stations by organizing scripts, editing audio, and dubbing commercials.
The following year, they worked as a Sports Reporter for The Citizen of Laconia, where they covered sporting events and wrote articles. In 2011, they had an Editorial Intern position at New Hampshire Magazine, where they gained experience in editing and content creation.
Also in 2011, Kayla began working as a Sales Supervisor at Gunstock Mountain Resort, where they excelled in customer service and ensured high customer satisfaction.
In 2012, they took on a Web Editorial/Marketing Intern role at RMS Media Group, where they conducted interviews, managed digital content, and produced marketing research spreadsheets.
In 2014, Kayla joined Vacation Innovations as a Web Content Writer, where they conducted keyword research, created and edited optimized content, and monitored content performance. Kayla later became a Web Content Coordinator and eventually progressed to the role of Web Content Manager.
Throughout their career, Kayla has also freelanced as a Media Specialist, building websites, assisting self-published authors with online marketing, and providing consultation on online marketing efforts.
Overall, they have demonstrated strong skills in content creation, editing, customer service, event coordination, and online marketing.
Kayla Winsor obtained their Honors Diploma from Laconia High School, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Kayla then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Digital Journalism at Endicott College from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in October 2016, the Certified HTML Developer certification from W3Schools.com in January 2014, and the Content Marketing certification from HubSpot in November 2016.
