Karin Krook

Karin Krook has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Karin is currently the Chief Commercial Officer & VP at VaccinDirekt, a preventive healthcare company that specializes in vaccinations, travel counseling, certificates, and testing. Karin also serves as a Board Member at VaccinDirekt. Prior to this, Karin held the position of Board Member at SBS Studentbostäder i Norden, a student housing property management company. Karin also worked as an Advisor/Consultant at Race for the Baltic – a Zennström Philanthropies organization.

Karin has experience in the manufacturing sector as well, having served as a Board Member & Project Leader at Road Marking Equipment, a company that specializes in advanced truck-built equipment for road markings. In this role, they were responsible for selling the company.

Before entering the healthcare and manufacturing industries, Karin held leadership positions at Elite Hotels of Sweden AB. Karin served as the Chief Commercial Officer & Head of Business Excellence, overseeing various departments such as Sales, E-commerce, Marketing, and Sustainability. Prior to their time at Elite Hotels, Karin worked at The Coca-Cola Company in various roles including Country Manager, Interim Key Account Manager, National Sales Director, Nordic Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager, and Brand Manager.

Karin Krook began their education in 1992 at the Stockholm School of Economics, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics and Business. Karin successfully completed their degree in 1997. In 1996, Karin briefly attended Esade as part of the CEMS degree program, which stands for Community of European Management Schools. During their time at Esade, Karin focused on International Business/Commerce.
