Peter Sydes

Peter Sydes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the aged care and human services sectors. As the Chair of the Board of Directors and Independent Advisory Board Member at Vacenti Aged Care since June 2014, Peter also currently serves as Associate Partner and Practice Lead at CapFeather, where innovative strategies are developed for connecting organizations with consumers. Peter has held various leadership roles, including Company Director and Contractor in Human Services, Non-Executive Director at Health Metrics, and Commercial Director at Pluss Communities, where a SaaS platform facilitates community engagement for aged care. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer at Mercy Community Services SEQ Ltd, Director of Residential Aged Care at Wesley Mission Queensland, and Business Development Manager at Sodexo Australia. Peter holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Queensland and an Associate Diploma in Business from QUT.
