Guillaume Chambon

Guillaume Chambon is an accomplished hospitality head chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving at Vacherin since October 2015. Prior to this role, Guillaume held the position of head chef at Restaurant Associates from September 2011 to October 2015, after progressing from a sous chef role. Early career experience includes significant positions at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in London and various hotels in Cannes, where Guillaume developed foundational skills as a chef de partie, demi chef de partie, and commis. Guillaume's culinary education was completed at CFA Nérée, earning a CAP in Cuisine from 2000 to 2002.
