Jamie Wilson

Jamie Wilson has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Vacherin since November 2022. Previously, Jamie held the position of Deputy General Manager at Westbury Street Holdings, overseeing brands such as BaxterStorey, Benugo, and Portico from 2021 to November 2022. Jamie's career includes roles such as Head of Food & Beverage at The Lensbury in 2020, Food & Beverage Manager at The Hurlingham Club from 2017 to 2020, and Director of Food and Beverage at Kingsway Hall Hotel from 2014 to 2017. Earlier positions include Operations Manager at The Royal Sydney Golf Club, Food & Beverage Manager at Rydges Hotels & Resorts, and Food & Beverage Operations Manager at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Jamie began the hospitality journey as Restaurant & Bar Manager at HYATT Hotels from 2004 to 2006.
