Jorge Orozco

Jorge Orozco is an experienced operations manager currently leading initiatives for Google Play at Vaco since August 2019. Orozco also serves as a team lead for Google for Startups Cloud, which supports high-quality startups in leveraging Google Cloud. Prior to this role, Orozco worked at Andela as a Sales Development Representative II, focusing on addressing the technical talent shortage for high-growth companies. Orozco's earlier experience includes serving as Community Impact Lead for Google Fiber at Vaco, where there was a focus on partnerships with local nonprofits and brand awareness through community events. Additionally, Orozco held the position of Google Fiber Product Specialist at Google, engaging with customers during the sign-up process and promoting the product in Austin. Orozco graduated from Crockett High School in 2009.
