Laura Jones

Laura Jones is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Vaco since October 2024. Prior to this role, Laura took a career pause from November 2023 to October 2024, following a position as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Fresenius Kabi USA from February 2023 to November 2023. Additionally, Laura operated as an Independent Human Resources Consultant for various clients between January 2022 and November 2023. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Pyxus International, Inc. from September 2018 to December 2022, and Vice President of Global Human Resources at Alliance One from January 1999 to September 2018. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Adult Education and Human Resources Development from East Carolina University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Barton College.
