Mary Bogan Ma

Mary Bogan MA, LSSBB has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mary has worked as an OCM Communications Lead at Vaco, where they were responsible for leading communication efforts at CareSource. Prior to this, Mary worked as an OCM Communications Lead for Sierra Nevada Corp. through MorganFranklin Consulting.

Mary also has experience as a Communications Specialist at Golden Technology Inc, where they developed and implemented internal communications plans for the Cloud Services division in the Kroger Technology organization.

Mary has also worked as a Technical Writer and Workflow Process Documenter at Vaco, where they developed user manuals, software documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

Mary has served as a Customer Service Manager at Taylor Communications, managing call center teams and implementing external communications strategies.

Additionally, they have worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Sinclair Community College, teaching Business Communications. Mary received high evaluations from students during their time there.

Mary has also held positions as a Communications Manager at LexisNexis and as a Communication Lead at Interactive Business Systems, Inc., where they developed and managed OCM communications for various projects.

Before that, they were responsible for managing thought leadership, PR, social media, and trade shows at One Call Now. Earlier in their career, Mary served as a Principal at Bogan Communications, providing marketing consulting and copywriting services.

Throughout their career, Mary has demonstrated strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage diverse teams and projects.

Mary Bogan MA, LSSBB attended Miami University from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English. Mary continued their education at Miami University from 1979 to 1981, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Education with a specialization in Educational Media/Technology. In 2018, they obtained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Breakthrough Performance Group, LLC.
