Veronica Overman

Veronica Overman, CPA, currently serves as the VP of Finance at Vaco since June 2024. Prior to this role, Veronica held the position of Partner and Head of Strategic Operations at BUILT in 2023, contributing to a technology-focused management consulting firm. Veronica's extensive experience includes serving as Global Corporate Controller at Aquity Solutions from 2019 to 2023, where strategic leadership during a company spin-off led to significant value creation. As Controller at MDO Holdings from 2016 to 2019, Veronica managed financial oversight across multiple operating locations and implemented new accounting systems and processes. Additional roles include Revenue Manager at Red Hat, Manager of Finance at M*Modal, and Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Veronica holds a Master's Degree in Accountancy from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Converse University.
