Daryl Williams

Daryl Williams founded VadarMoss in 2002 because she decided there was a better way to deal with senior level candidates than trying to ‘sell jobs’ and fit round pegs into square holes. Instead, her aim has been to develop a professional recruitment business with a career orientated approach, dedicated to creating long term business relationships.

With 17 years’ experience in Executive Search under her belt, Daryl’s main focus has been on senior level Sales and Marketing roles within the Technology arena. She has worked in both niche recruitment and as a Managing Director of a Sales and Management division within a very large corporate search organisation. In her previous career she became the youngest ever Sales Director with Avon cosmetics before becoming a Sales Trainer in Mobile Communications.

Daryl is renowned for taking time to find the exact match for client and candidate as well as spotting hidden potential in people to help them consider new areas and challenges. Her integrity and passion for her job plus a caring attitude towards candidates, mark her out as a different type of headhunter.
