Karen Apresyan

Karen Apresyan is an experienced embedded software engineer currently working at VadaTech Inc. since July 2022. Prior roles include ASIC digital design engineer at Synopsys Inc. from August 2020 to July 2022, and research and development engineer at MD RA from August 2018 to August 2020. Karen also interned at Yerevan Physics Institute and gained experience at Synopsys Inc. as an ASIC digital design engineer from September 2015 to August 2018, contributing to the development of the STAR memory system design compiler. Additionally, experience includes serving as secretary for the Yerevan State University & NAS OSA Student Chapter, a summer student at CERN working on secure single sign-on proxy servers, and system engineering roles at Ovak Technologies and Pegasus Logic LLC, focusing on LabVIEW programming and RTL design. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Physics with a specialization in laser physics, optics, and photonics from Yerevan State University, where a Bachelor's degree was also obtained in the same fields.
