Peter Vilinsky

Peter Vilinsky has a diverse work experience. Peter worked as the Head of Plant Operations Management / Head of Machine Plant at VAG-Group from 2020. In this role, they were responsible for optimizing safety, quality, and performance efficiencies while reducing operating costs. Prior to this, they worked as a Manufacturing Consultant for a contractor from 2019 to 2020.

From 2013 to 2018, Peter served as the Plant Production Managing Director at Crown Holdings, Inc. In this position, they managed production processes and teams, implemented six sigma and lean principles for continuous improvement, and led a team of 15 individuals in various managerial roles.

From 2008 to 2013, Peter worked at CROWN Bevcan Slovakia s. r. o. as a Shift / Department Manager, Team Leader, and FrontEnd Mechanic and Trainer. In these roles, they managed production processes and teams, developed processes and procedures for optimal performance, and conducted equipment, design, and material changeovers and set-ups.

Peter started their career as an Operator at Forssan Henkilöstöpalvelut in 2007.

Peter Vilinsky completed their Leaving Certificate in Automation at the Middle Industrial School of Electrotechnical from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including HACCP (Food Safety) Auditor from ISO Consult in March 2018, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and Internal Auditor of Integrated Management Systems from SGS in June 2017, Six Sigma Green Belt from FBE Bratislava, s.r.o. - For Business Excellence in October 2016, Managing Safely from IOSH in July 2014, and Aluminum & Can Forming from Novelis in September 2013.
