Bruce Babcock Jr

Bruce Babcock Jr has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bruce started their career as a Lead Morning Stocker at Party City in 2012 and then worked as a Cashier Assistant at Costco Wholesale and a Sales Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc. In 2013, they became a Halloween Horror Nights Maze Host at Universal Studios Hollywood. Bruce also worked as a Freelance Videographer/Editor for Kill Baby Kill Entertainment, where they worked on live events, short films, and commercials.

In 2015, Bruce served as a Development Intern at Trancas International Films, where they read scripts and provided feedback. Bruce also worked as a Video Editor at ROTOR F/X LLC during the same year. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at MOCEAN, starting as a Machine Room PA and eventually becoming a Machine Room Supervisor and Assistant Editor. Bruce worked on campaigns for well-known clients such as Disney, Marvel, Netflix, and HBO.

Bruce joined Apple in 2021 as an Assistant Video Editor on a contract basis. Bruce supported the in-house production team in post-production work and collaborated with the Lead Editor on developing strategies and workflows. Bruce also managed media collection and localization for videos in multiple languages.

Currently, Bruce is employed at Vagaro Inc as a Videographer and Video Editor. Bruce produces marketing materials, social media advertisements, and web ads to effectively communicate the company's value and message to both B2B and B2C audiences. Bruce manages projects and collaborates with stakeholders from conception to final delivery.

Bruce Babcock Jr completed their Bachelor's Degree in Film Production with an Emphasis in Digital Editing from California State University, Northridge from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in General Education Transfer Units from Diablo Valley College, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they received a certification in Avid Media Composer v7 and v8 from Avid Technology in August 2014.
