Jamie Bennett

Jamie Bennett is an experienced technical writer currently serving as Lead Technical Writer at Vagaro since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing customer comments, documenting new features, and analyzing customer interactions with the help center. Prior to Vagaro, Jamie worked as a Technical Writer and Staff Writer for Spartan Daily from May 2020 to May 2022, alongside roles at Cepheid as a Technical Publications Intern and Submit Express as a Content Writer. Jamie's career began at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor from March 2018 to December 2019. Jamie holds a Bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Professional and Technical Writing from San José State University, completed in 2022.
