Joe Pidgeon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joe is currently working at Vagaro as a Customer Success Manager, where they assist businesses in maximizing the benefits of Vagaro's software platform. Prior to this, Joe held the role of Onboarding Specialist at Vagaro, where they guided trial users towards becoming paying customers. Before joining Vagaro, Joe served as an Assistant Manager at Jolly Sailor, where they displayed their leadership skills. Joe also worked at Modality Systems as a Client Success Manager, providing support to customers in adopting Skype for Business and MS Teams. Additionally, Joe worked as an Inside Sales and Business Development Executive at Modality Systems. In the past, they served as a Sales Representative & Account Manager at Flexible & Specialist Cables and as a Bar Supervisor at Dunchurch Park Hotel & Conference Centre.

Joe Pidgeon completed their education at the WCG from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Development, Fitness & Coaching. Prior to that, they attended The Parker E-ACT Academy from 2008 to 2013, but the specific degree and field of study they pursued during that time are unknown.
