Yasmine Hashem started their work experience in 2005 as a Multi-national companies, corporate end user senior agent at Vodafone Egypt. Yasmine was responsible for handling floor management duties, corporate account requests, and providing assistance to the Corporate Sales Team. Yasmine then moved on to Etisalat Misr in 2007, where they held various roles such as Customer Care Communication and Content Management Senior Supervisor, Social Media Senior Supervisor, Complaint Management Senior Supervisor, and High-Value Customers Call Center Senior Supervisor. Yasmine'sresponsibilities included implementing communication programs, managing social media channels, developing strategies for customer satisfaction, and supervising call center staff. In 2017, they joined Whole Foods Market as a Bakery Associate Manager, where they focused on store layout, product merchandising, achieving sales targets, and analyzing sales reports. Currently, Yasmine is working at Vagaro as a Sales Retention.
Yasmine Hashem completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from College de la mere de dieu. Yasmine attended this institution from 1988 to 2001. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at Cairo University from 2001 to 2005. At Cairo University, Yasmine obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations and Advertising, specializing in the French section.
