Balanand Menon

Balanand Menon is a Partner and Head of Consulting at Vahura. Balanand has over 10 years of experience in the legal industry, with a focus on education, training, executive search, talent management, and consulting.

Menon started their career as a Counsellor at IMS Learning Resources, before moving on to become an Associate Consultant- Human Resources at Turning Point Training & Assessment System Pvt Ltd. In April 2010, they joined Rainmaker as an Assessment Specialist, where they worked for one year before moving to their current role at Vahura.

At Vahura, Menon has been instrumental in developing and delivering consulting solutions to top-tier law firms, legal outsourcing players, law schools, practicing lawyers, and corporate houses. Balanand is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and is committed to providing quality services that meet the needs of their clients.

Balanand Menon has completed a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur in the field of HR. Balanand has also completed a B.Com from Sacred Heart,Thevara in the field of Commerce. Balanand has completed a Certification from Cambridge Judge Business School in BUSINESS ANALYTICS: DECISION MAKING USING DATA and a Certification from Aon in Certified Rewards Professional. Balanand has also completed a Certification from Target Training International in Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst.
