Nitin Dugar has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles in the retail and jewelry industry. Nitin began their career as the Deputy Manager of Marketing at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., where they handled sales and marketing activities for office furniture products. Nitin then joined STS Gems Thai Ltd., part of the VGL Group, as the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Nitin then moved to STS Jewels Inc, another subsidiary of the VGL Group, where they held positions such as Sales Manager and Director of Sales. Nitin was responsible for sales, merchandising, and annual business planning. Nitin later became the Vice President, overseeing complete business operations, including P&L, working capital management, and key account management. Nitin was also part of the senior leadership team driving strategy development for the entire VGL Group's retail and B2B operations.
Nitin's experience also includes working as the COO & VP at VGL Group Jaipur, before transitioning to Shop LC (formerly Liquidation Channel) as the Vice President of Strategy for call center and warehousing operations. Nitin eventually became the Chief Operating Officer of Shop LC, where they led the company's overall operations, focusing on cost optimization, project analysis, and customer service improvements.

Nitin Dugar earned an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai from 1999 to 2001. Nitin also has additional certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute and in Six Conversations Management Development Program from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, they have a certification in Gemba Kaizen from the Japanese Management Association Center in Japan.
