Charlie Gray

Charlie Gray, MBA, CMPE has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they hold the position of Director of Finance for Colorado Mountain Medical at Vail Health since March 2023. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Heisenberg II at Hallmark Health Care Solutions from October 2022 to February 2023.

From 2009 to 2022, Charlie worked at OhioHealth in various roles including Senior Director of Finance - Medical Group, Director of Finance - New Business Development & Physician Acquisitions, Director of Corporate Finance, Manager of Finance - Medical Group, and Lead PeopleSoft Financials Functional Analyst.

Prior to their time at OhioHealth, Charlie gained experience as an Accounting Software Implementation Specialist at GivenHansco Inc. from 2006 to 2009. Charlie also co-owned and served as Director of Finance at Take 2 Distributing / V&B Distributing, LLC from 2005 to 2009. Their early career included a role as a Senior Staff Accountant at Commodity Logistics, LLC from 2003 to 2005.

Charlie Gray received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Finance from Ashland University, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. In 2003 to 2004, Charlie pursued their Master of Business Administration degree at Franklin University. In 2017, they obtained the certification of Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) from MGMA.
