Annette Urias

Annette Urias has over eight years of experience in property management and sales, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Vail Resorts since July 2017, with prior roles as Administrative Specialist and HR Specialist. Previously, Annette was Assistant Manager at First Range Management from October 2015 to August 2017, overseeing daily operations and leasing for 200 units, managing invoicing and compliance tasks. Annette also worked as a Leasing Specialist at 5iftyone at Tradan Heights, handling leases and conducting tours for over 300 units. Annette's early experience includes a role as Ticket Sales/Events Associate for the Oklahoma City Thunder, gaining valuable skills in sales and marketing. Annette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
