Carissa Miller

Carissa Miller is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Coordinator for PeopleConnect at Vail Resorts since August 2022, with a background in HR Shared Services and coordination. Previously, Carissa held the role of People Services Admin at New Flyer from June 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included administering leaves of absence, managing employee relations inquiries, conducting investigations, and developing HR policies. Additional experience includes managing events and office operations at WESS and Safe Security, where Carissa oversaw the hiring and scheduling of personnel for significant events, including Super Bowl LII. Carissa began a career in management at ZAGG, Inc., focusing on recruitment and staff supervision across multiple locations. Carissa holds a degree from Iowa State University.
