George Bargisen

George Bargisen currently serves as Vice President of Food and Beverage at Vail Resorts, a position held since September 2025. Prior roles include Corporate Vice President and Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. from April 2021 to November 2025, and Director of Food and Beverage at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center from April 2019 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant General Manager, Resident Manager, and Director of Food and Beverage at JW Marriott Indianapolis, along with extensive roles in other prestigious establishments such as Tropicana Las Vegas Inc, Harrah's Entertainment, and Fairmont Hamilton Princess. George Bargisen holds an Associates degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, attended from 1989 to 1991, and graduated from Northern Valley Regional High School in 1989.
