Lauren Skidmore is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in room management, operational leadership, and customer service. Currently serving as Director of Rooms at Vail Resorts since November 2022, Lauren has previously held significant roles including Director of Rooms at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group and Transient Rooms Manager at Biltmore. Lauren’s career spans positions from front office management and revenue management to various entry-level roles in hospitality, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team leadership. In addition to professional pursuits, Lauren has dedicated time as a homemaker, focusing on raising a daughter during the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining a positive outlook for future career opportunities. Lauren holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Western Carolina University and an Associate of Arts from Haywood Community College.
